Certified instructor description:
A just-plain-fun workout, each of the five 10-minute segments features a different hip hop style. You'll burn some calories as you practice your club dance steps (no hip hop experience required). Kristin Jacobs knows the moves and knows the attitude; her approach is always supportive and casual (e.g. “now let's try something like this”). She begins with the fundamentals — upbeats, rhythm changes and basic steps like “B-boy cross.” The next four segments maximize the excitement with everything from funk to edgy to street-style. DVD is customizable; you can program it to play any segment in any order. ©2009.
